It is a not-for-profit organization which has been active in nation building projects since 1990. Following are the aims and objectives of the organization.

Living in an ever-changing world galloping ahead every moment, we the humans stand amazed. Unprecedented developments have affected every aspect of our society and here we stand opposed to insurmountable societal problems. At the root of every misery lies a blind pursuit of luscious Western Civilization. We have been unable to restructure our lives that commensurate with our values and history. In Pakistan, one rarely finds such institutions which continuously track these shifts and suggest viable remedies to address society’s challenges. Our government institutions are perennialy haggard and apathetic to our plights and their habitual indifference has left us at the crossroads ever since. To fill this gap, a not-for-profit NGO, by the name of Aiwan-e-Ilm-o-Fann, has been founded to play a pivotal and vital role in creating viable solutions to the modern day challenges in the light of Qur’an and Sunnah.

This organization has created Think Tanks who have succeeded in evolving solutions to innumerable problems faced by our society. There is a need to move beyond traditional core models or redundant paradigms and suggest innovative solutions to humanity, remaining attached to our roots, which are Qur’an and Sunnah. Resorting to Principle of “Ijtihad”, is the order of the day. We are, therefore working in the fields of Qur’an, Sunnah, education, economy, history, Pakistan studies, calligraphy, illumination and related fields with a view to providing workable strategies to the masses and policy makers, in line with our Islamic traditions.
